Cancellation requests received within 14 days of the date of the booking confirmation (the Cancellation Period) will always be refunded. Cancellation requests received after the Cancellation Period will be subject to a charge of £16.50. Where the cancellation request is received after the Cancellation Period and less than 7 working days before the first parking date, 50% of the parking charge will be refunded, less the charge of £16.50.
